Email account,
click on Check Mail
at the top of the Yahoo! mail page. |

This is the mail menu for your Yahoo! mail
account. This tutorial will give a brief introduction to the following
menu items: Check Mail, Compose, and Options.

| Check Mail |
| When you click on Check Mail,
the screen shown below appears. The first four folders listed are default
folders. The last three are special personal folders I created using the
option listed on the right. To access individual email, click on the desired
folder to open it. |

| If I click on Inbox,
the screen shown below appears. I can check individual messages, move them
to specific folders, delete messages, or empty the trash. I can also mark
several messages and then move or delete them as a group. |

| Compose |
The Compose
page shown below includes special features such as spell check, save
draft, add signature, include attachments, and send card. |

There are a number of Options
available to you when working with Yahoo! Mail.
One of the most helpful features may be the ablility to filter
your in-coming email directly into select folders you have already
set up.
Another helpful option is to set a vacation response when you
are able to retrieve your email for an extented period of time.

you are logged into your Yahoo! email account.
